These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Love Tarot mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

AI Love Tarot is a digital application that provides symbolic tarot-style readings, compatibility insights, and narrative interpretations generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The App is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The content provided by the App does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice; should not be relied upon for making real-life decisions; and is not a substitute for professional consultation. You acknowledge that all readings are symbolic and non-deterministic.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments for mobile subscriptions are processed by Google. Web payments are processed by Stripe. The developer does not store credit card or payment details.

6. Artificial Intelligence Usage

The App uses AI services (Gemini, OpenAI, Vercel Gateway). AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or consistent; responses are generated automatically and reflect symbolic language.

7. AI-Generated Images

Visual content generated via Recraft is used as symbolic elements. These images are not used to train AI models.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for emotional distress, decisions made based on App content, or data loss. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
