These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Love Tarot mobile application and related services (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Love Tarot is a digital reflection app focused on exploring emotional and relational patterns through symbolic, archetype-based card interpretations. The product is designed for personal reflection and insight, not for prediction or real-world advice. The App is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice Disclaimer

The content provided by the App:

  • does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice;
  • should not be relied upon for making real-life decisions;
  • is not a substitute for professional consultation.

You acknowledge that all readings, interpretations, and relation insights are symbolic and non-deterministic.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts and Access

The App may allow access through:

  • Google authentication
  • Device-based identifiers (device ID)

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account. The developer is not responsible for loss of access caused by device changes, deletions, or third-party account issues.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments, if introduced in the future, will be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. The developer does not store credit card or payment details.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

If the app offers paid features or subscriptions in the future, all purchases will be handled through the applicable app store or authorized payment provider and will be subject to their refund policies.

For subscriptions, users may cancel at any time through their account or the relevant app store settings. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

7. Artificial Intelligence Usage

The App uses artificial intelligence services to generate textual content, including but not limited to:

  • Google Gemini models
  • OpenAI models
  • AI services accessed via Vercel Gateway API

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or consistent;
  • responses are generated automatically and may reflect symbolic or interpretive language.

8. AI-Generated Images

Some visual content in the App is generated using Recraft, a third-party AI image generation service.

  • The developer holds a valid commercial license for Recraft.
  • Generated images are used solely as symbolic and illustrative elements.
  • AI-generated images are not used to train artificial intelligence models, nor shared for training, evaluation, or fine-tuning purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including:

  • text,
  • designs,
  • symbols,
  • layouts,
  • AI-generated narratives,

is owned by the developer or licensed for use.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or misuse AI systems;
  • exploit the App in ways that harm its functionality or other users;
  • represent AI-generated content as factual predictions or guarantees.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • emotional distress,
  • decisions made based on App content,
  • data loss,
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
